All of the stuff where affable, welcoming.

The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a dining area, sitting area, and a kitchenette.- Having a variety of TV channels was a nice touch.

Beautiful, fully renovated rooms. Uncomplicated booking and friendly staff at check-in and check-out. There are plenty of parking spaces. Kitchenette for smaller meals completely sufficient. Rooms are cleaned daily.

The location here is stunning, right next to Theatre Saint Sauveur.

room, king studio, is very comfortable. cleanliness is very remarkable. It is well equipped, kitchen (dishes, pans, cutlery, for 4 people), whole room in general. hotel is in very good condition. reception and cleaning staff are very friendly at all times. It is ideal to rest, relax, in family. views are very nice. We prefer to stay in the hotel than to walk around (because of the lack of transport and low temperatures) and have a good time.

heating cannot be regulated, in winter although the room was always warm with respect to the outside temperature, we ended up sick because of the high heating. It would be very important for the hotel to have its own transfer options for its clients, to the centre and to the mountain area (skiing). It is very difficult to move without a car in that place and more because of the temperatures in December. There is only one taxi stand in the village but it is not very practical. Moving around with children and without a car is a challenge, you can have a very bad time. lobby is not in the same place (200 mts), is made eternal with snow and suitcase. There are no food options in the hotel, only to order from home and prices are very high. There are no restaurants nearby. At least you have to walk 700 meters and cross the highway.

This place offers charming and comfortable accommodations in a beautiful location close to convenient amenities and attractions, with well-equipped rooms and clean bathrooms.

Love everything about this hotel except the mattress.

Bed was very hard. My back was sore after two nights. Would have stayed a third but for this problem.

Cozy and spotless spot with a charming mountain view. Awesome location for hitting the ski hill, super convenient to get around. It's super close to both the slopes and the shopping outlets, as well as the downtown area. 🏔️
